How the CS2 Trade-Up Calculator works

Pick the input rarity
Choose the rarity you are trading up and whether the contract is StatTrak™. Ten inputs are needed, or five for a Covert to knife and gloves contract.

Add your inputs
Search for each skin and set its float. The price fills in from the cheapest marketplace for that wear, and you can overwrite it with what you paid.

Read the outcomes
Every possible result is listed with its odds, output float, wear and live price, next to the contract's cost, expected value and chance of profit.
About CS2 trade-up contracts
A trade-up contract turns ten skins of one rarity into one skin of the next rarity. The result comes from the collections of the inputs: every input adds an equal share of the odds to its own collection, and that share is split evenly across the next-rarity skins of that collection.
Since the October 2025 update, five Covert skins can be traded up for a knife or gloves from the case of one of the inputs' collections. Five StatTrak™ Coverts return a StatTrak™ knife and never gloves.
The output float follows the current formula: every input float is normalized against its own skin's float range, the normalized values are averaged, and the average is mapped onto the output skin's range. That is why a low float on a skin with a narrow range can count for less than it looks.
Output prices come from the same live feed as the rest of Skinstrack, across 34+ marketplaces. Selling fees are not deducted.
