What is a Souvenir skin in CS2?
Souvenir skins are special tournament edition skins that drop only during Valve-sponsored Major events. Each Souvenir skin includes four tournament stickers (one from each team that played the map plus the MVP sticker), making every Souvenir effectively unique.
How Souvenir skins are obtained
You can receive a Souvenir skin as a free drop while watching a Major tournament with a Steam-linked viewer pass active, or you can open Souvenir Packages that were given to spectators during the event. Souvenir Packages cannot be opened again after the tournament ends.
Why Souvenir skins are valuable
Souvenir skins are typically rarer than their standard versions and often more expensive, especially when they carry stickers from famous matches or feature MVP stickers from legendary players. Old Souvenirs from finished tournaments cannot be reproduced, which makes them collector items.
